Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped within 4-5 working days from confirmed order date. Please note that during busy periods, such as Friday night sale, this may  be a little longer and can take upto 5-7 this can sometimes be upto two weeks from purchase date. Please see below information regarding VAT and import charges for international customers.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. Please allow 12 working days for your order to reach you. In the event of your order not reaching you within 12 working days please notify us by email, [email protected]

If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund (minus original postage costs) assuming they are returned to us within 14 days, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original resaleable condition.

Before returning please contact us by email, [email protected] notifying us that you would like to make a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.

We advise all returned items are sent via a signed for, trackable service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

*Brexit and its effects on EU orders - As of January 2021 customers residing in EU will no longer be charged UK VAT. However please note that once items reach their destination countries, import VAT and customs duty charges may occur. Unfortunately we have no control over this and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient of the parcel.
